If you are experiencing a problem accessing the Level 2 Course.  

Please try the following steps:

1.  Make sure you are logged on to the “My Account” page.

2.  Once logged on, you should be able to go to “Online Courses”

3.  and then click on the Level 2 Online Course: “More Information”.

4. Then you should scroll down and see “Welcome to Phoenix”.  

5.  Click the “Welcome to Phoenix” button to begin your first lesson.

If it still shows that you are not enrolled, then please try to Re-Fresh ↪️ the page and then repeat steps 2-5.

If you still cannot access the website please try accessing it from a different device, such as a computer, tablet or cell phone.
